 | | Little Tiger Class is a special program for 4-5 yr olds. Enrollment is limited to maintain small class size. Techniques are broken into small steps with quick positive reinforcement. Classes are d fun while teaching concepts like “focus”, “respect”, “patience”, “self- control” and “courtesy”. Mind and body coordination are taught through basic taekwondo techniques, games and other exercises. Little Tigers learn all the techniques that the older children and adults learn in beginner classes, but they learn at their own pace with smaller group instruction. |

 | | Children Class learn body and mind focus with emphasis on good attitude, respect, confidence, focus, patience, self-control, and courtesy. They are required to maintain good behaviors at home and at school as well as in taekwondo class by earning “Attitude Stripes” for showing appreciation, responsibility, cleanliness, demonstrating “Love and thanks” and going “Above and Beyond” at home. Children also learn all the same taekwondo and self defense techniques as the older students. Our goal is to teach skills that will lead to success in all areas of a child’s life |

 | | Adult Class benefit from a fun and structured work out that promotes strength, endurance and flexibility as well as excellent martial arts and self defense skills. Techniques are learned in a progressive manner so that over time, with improved physical conditioning, the classes become more complex and increase ones endurance and general health while minimizing any risk of injury. Respect, courtesy, teamwork, self confidence, self control, responsibility, integrity and all the other positive goals the children learn are also emphasized in adult and teen classes. |

 | | Family Class provides an opportunity for parents and children to share in a great workout while learning together in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Taekwondo is for people of all ages and abilities. Families practice skills and learn values together. Family class is a great time to bond with your children and share in what they are learning while having a great time too! |
