Development of motor skills Enhancement of the senses Creativity Alertness Concentration Open mindedness Self esteem Efficiency and stress management Control of the emotions A balanced state of mind Peace YOGA is a Sanskrit word meaning UNION, BALANCE YOGA is a state we attain.
